I recently was face book stalking an old friend and noticed they had a "blog". Always intrigued but never having time to find out what a blog was, I decided to click on the link during my less than eventful lunch hour/day. After reading this blog, i decided I wanted one and wouldn't you know it, there was a convenient "create blog" button in the upper right hand corner.
As you can tell by the title of my blog, I didn't really know what I was doing or what effect it would have but eh, what else do i have to do? It made me think of my mother, trying to figure out the internet. "Blogging" is waaaaaay out of her realm. I suppose this is a mere technical replacement of an open diary, sitting in the middle of times square. It amazes me how much the world has changed in my lifetime. Everything and everyone is trying to get ahead at warp speed. Whatever happened to the saying "stop and smell the roses"?
Anyways, I don't have any awesome stories for you (whoever is reading this). I just wanted to try out this blog thing. What kind of a name is that anyways? like twitter... i always understood a twit to be someone that is not that smart.... why would you want to twitter?
Weird.
